In 2019 I founded Long Acre Arts, a UK production company dedicated to commissioning exceptional diverse storytellers, and I founded Roots, Yorkshire's queer touring theatre company. Recently I've produced for the BFI, Sheffield Theatres, Theatre Royal Plymouth, York Theatre Royal and Original Theatre in the UK and internationally.

I'm a BFI x BAFTA Crew member and a UK Theatre member. In 2020 I completed the BFI Creative Producers programme.
 
After an apprenticeship in script development, in 2007 I co-founded HighTide, and over twelve years established it as one of the UK's leading theatre companies. There I commissioned over eighty plays, producing them in theatres including the National Theatre, The Old Vic, Royal Court Theatre, Young Vic, the Bush, Soho, in the West End, across the UK and Off-Broadway.
